Job security - Good

Dislikes

Small team causes managers to do micro management. Appraisal and promotions are less then 15% annually. If you just say "Yes" to everything and never cross question for point out voids in the culture and work environment then only you get recognition or else they won't even think twice before neglecting your efforts and hard work.' They say there is no work from home policy but still they have given WFH to people who have personal connections with the management.
