Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Working in Equinox has been a very interesting experience for me.Teammates were wonderful & had lots of knowledge & experience. Training was no doubts deep including communication skill development & handling actual clients. The company environment in quiet friendly .People work hard there earn good & importantly also enjoy their work.I learned to concentrate on work & complete given tasks in time also learned how to deal with clients.

Dislikes

Like every office has its own pros & cons , this company too did had a little dash of politics which is absolutely obvious . In fact this helped a newer member like me to understand what it actually takes to climb the career & experience graph.
