The Company aims to give a good work - life balance. It does not encourage an excessive work life.

Dislikes

There is no Job security, poor growth options and a lot of ambiguity with regards to the reporting structure. Because of this People who do not want to work can get away easily. Those who are looking to achieve something however have a lot of hurdles to cross and will find themselves being put down by people who are not even in their reporting structure.
