... Even if you have a genuine reason these people will never help you on anything. You get salary late, I mean whatever worst scenario is in your mind you will get this in company.

My father and brother fell sick and my brother was hospitalized and there was no one to take care of them, due to which I had to leave this job and go to my hometown. I begged to my seniors which includes my TL, ATL, General Manager, HR, explained them my situation and simply asked them to provide me the resignation acceptance letter so that I can get a work from home job so that I can help my family financially and physically. But not a single person helped me with this. My TL ignored my calls and msgs, ATL behaved rudely, General Manager simply said she can't do anything about it, HR person ignored my calls and msgs. I mean I got no support from this company, which made me come from my hometown which is in Jharkhand to Mumbai just to speak to them. I begged in front of them like anything just to get the resignation acceptance mail as it was really important for me to get a new job and am being the only earning member in my family I had to get it otherwise I would have lost the job opportunity which I was getting. But not a single person helped me in this, HR person forced me to pay INR 99,000/- even in the situation where I don't want my enemy as well to face. Just imagine I paid the company INR 99,000/- just to get a resignation acceptance email where I only have worked for 4 months. I have so much to say about the worst experience this company gave me in such a crucial situation of my life but it can't be expressed in words but still I tried. I will regret my whole life that I had joined this pathetic company which has such a useless Management and HR. Ujjwal Pathak

They provide you good salary package and quarterly incentive plus Diwali bonus which rarely any company provide. Work culture also good.

I started working EquinoxAgents for one of the process and within 6 month it was shut down then I shifted to new project. Initially when I joined company HR mentioned that it will be permanently work from home then now suddenly CEO changed their plan and started calling everyone work from office which was far away from my place and more on that they are not providing any transportation. Management need to understand employer situation and listen to their voice. Job security is very poor hear.

1. They take you in easily, know a little english and they'll hire you. 2. Inspiring CEO 3. Only apply if you are in desperate need of job, but beware you'll be paid less than what is given in the market

...ything is a mess. 2. No protocols followed and sloppy work in every department. Very low salary and low raise. Why would I leave my current job for just minimal hike with no other benefits. 3. They won't tell you about their leave policy before hiring because it is so bad. Will give you all the bad news after joining. So, don't leave your previous job without asking all the questions. 4. Travel allowance is very less. Told something else in induction, giving something else. 5. Interview process was also bad and unnecessarily lengthy. 6. They will mentally torture you
