As we know that no one is perfect in the world but frankly speaking we are working as family member so in my opinion i have nothing to say negative.

The work is very easy, Incentives are attractive for freshers and for moderately experienced employees, Good and friendly environment ,no restrictions at all for breaks and holidays if targets are achieved on time, Management is good and friendly and support's for carrier growth like helping to get NISM exams etc

Dislikes

Fixed salary is low, Incentives pay out time is a little high.

often lunch parties when they achieve customer acquisition target. i guess more amount is spent on parties then fees charged to customers.

No learning curve, low pay hikes, Politics - as much as in Political parties, Team leader is clueless, promoter doesnt know business, copy paste work from other reports, defaults on TDS payment...etc...etc.....perfect example of bad managed company.

Company have nothing to be liked Which I have ,experienced in just a day .

Slow HR System ,they get offended if you ask any of questions that's will help u to be part of company Even after receiving review by my friends not to join company I planned to join company ,just to see if ,its wrong But it's really pathetic experience ,starting with human resource department It was a very bad experience

Micro management Non work-life balance Hrs do injustice with employee No incentives on time People's sell products by hook or crook and highly support by their Manager's Nothing to learn expect politics.
