Director and his process is very good.
Dislikes
... feedback to the Director. Increment amount is very less and KRA is very high. Bonus and compensation facilities are not available.Company is not working towards employee well being.
The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts badest technology but I hate the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,Mumbai client base.
compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late in to night
...state company, it's a Facility Management company ( Manpower supply company ).
I would only appreciate that salary given good to internal employees.
Company Nature and no Teamwork. Company has a Payroll consultant who does all the work and he has not given full access to system. And also he shouts on the internal employees of company and tell bad bad things about them.
It's like getting insulted by a Outsider and no action is taken for this

No likes from my end, because during equator new site signed , I was continusly work in night for new site stable purpose due shortage of manpower . After the site well settled office employee and company member ignore the employee request. Company nature like a "Apana kam banta bhad main jaye janta".
Payment, promotions and company didn't paid accurate payment. Branch Office employee didn't properly explain Payment Deduction process. Very very bad respect given to site employee in office. Request to all candidates please don't join to equator company.
Freedom to suggest new ideas, empowered to take decisions with all responsibility within the boundry defined by profile, uninterrupted personal/ family time unless there is an emergency situation at work, collaborative approach, ethical practices
