I don't see any growth here. But it's good for knowledge gaining. Friendly environment. But only few members for engineering department and work pressure will be high

That company running on CNC and conventional machines ,they make very high precision projects , very complicated also

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary and Growth was slow ,work pressure too high ,I have to work daily minimum 12 to 14 hours but no ots, any time came from calls from office, they are not interested to change to department
