I don't see any growth here. But it's good for knowledge gaining. Friendly environment. But only few members for engineering department and work pressure will be high

EQIC is one of the best platform not only for freshers but also for experienced. There is a lot of chance to apply new ideas and R&D. The aim of this organisation is to improve quality as well as quantity of products. Team always ready to support each other. Management also possessed a good nature that helps to increase ones' interest automatically. All facility like bonus, timely increments are provided there.

Salary is decent but maximum time its happened that there only a few chance to growth ones' position or post it take a long time

Everything is fine now at present situation is different than before and it is unlocked every where but we have to take care of ourselves and management is OK

I'm not dislike about working at Eqic just I want in improve in my salary and professional aspects or else everything is fine

That company running on CNC and conventional machines ,they make very high precision projects , very complicated also

Salary and Growth was slow ,work pressure too high ,I have to work daily minimum 12 to 14 hours but no ots, any time came from calls from office, they are not interested to change to department

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.Great place for freshers to learn about Tooling, Die Casting and Aerospace related products. A great exposure in Design, Manufacturing and Quality CMM.

Salary/Appraisal are low
