EQIC is one of the best platform not only for freshers but also for experienced. There is a lot of chance to apply new ideas and R&D. The aim of this organisation is to improve quality as well as quantity of products. Team always ready to support each other. That company running on CNC and conventional machines ,they make very high precision projects , very complicated also

Salary and Growth was slow ,work pressure too high ,I have to work daily minimum 12 to 14 hours but no ots, any time came from calls from office, they are not interested to change to department
