The company gives full support to their staff and free hand in handling local problems. As I was team leader at Motihari for supervision of school buildings under BSEIDC higher authority of the company never interfered in my working. Dislikes

If no job then come and stay here and take food free of cost, but don't ask for salary. As long as you can withstand without salary you can continue.

Poor work culture, internal politics, no growth on professional level, no salary growth. Worst management skills applied by authorities at Kolkata office to handle projects and employees. Unprofessional behavior of management, specially towards employees.
