Company is very big but company service center where I work is not good.we are not hire from company we hired by centre manager so here no future statement and no sailary increments.

Work pressure high.Timing is bad . No sailary iincrements.Not any bonus.No future.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but carer growth is slow

Policy are good and Company MD MR. Samba always supports and uplift the talented employee. Take up the ideas and discuss with employee about market situation

Mr.Ramprasad - Director who always talk more and keep negatively in mind about people and show the negativity during appraisal time. No growth in this company most employees are 15 years to 10 years experience in same company looking for next level in same company. If you joint you have to que your self with them.
