...once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it. Worst ever company I have seen and they tell the company is best workplace I don't know how do they tell this kind of company is best workplace.

A strict policy of promotion, you have to meet 2-year minimum criteria, it doesn't matter if you are a star performer through out the year. If you are a non-performer, if you have completed 2 year in Epsion you will get promoted, if you have connections.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

May be company wise its good but internal politics are more. very poor management, poor HR, no job security, policies are ok.

compensation is good, but growth is very slow it depends up on your behavior with your manager. work pressure is very high. Manager do not value you at all. No appreciations to your work, no guidance, no support,
