The work environment is not good, Seniors always play politics with jr. Management never allowed to talk about HOD faults/Politics they have locked his mindset of few seniors always being right. I was in the Marketing team at Sambalpur few teams are really good and helpful . MD & Head HR should listen, manager, complains

1. Mentally harassment by all senior person. 2. It’s my request to HR…..please take a proper action……clean & clear. 3. All employees of this company knows that…..the attrition rate of purchase department. 4. It’s not a purchase department……It is a backbiting department…..

The only thing I liked was that company provided townships where the price of rooms/flast was very less.

...chy system just everyone reporting to everyone, didn't quite understand ranking. 12 Salary is quite less compared to the work you have to put into. 13 Instead of promoting team work, manager tries to make you fight against each other.

1. No Work life balance & Toxic environment. 2. You can see Live Examples of corporate politics. 3. No job security. 4. Don't believe on top management they will not help you at all (Less work & High chuguli )...... Only blaming you in final situation with false allegations. 5. Don't spoil your career by joining procurement department as per report 9 employees resigned within 4 months.... Half of them not completed their probation period. 6. Now you just imagine the level of mental harassment. 7. Lots of micro management. 8. If you are in any serious family issues & you need urgent leave then they will not grant leaves but will tell story of pending works........but in own family issues they are free to go home. 9. You have to work in saturday & sunday (weakly off days). All other days & nights if require...... Else boss will tell to give resign. 10. Inside one department there are 2 groups........Example:- Ye mera ladla hey to isko bol ta hoon doosre group ka poll kholega.
