1) There is no peace of mind. 2) it's a mere clerical work especially in procurement which will get you no where in future. 3) unrealistic targets are set by Boss's without discussing with team and that is again implicated on the juniors. At the end of the day Junior is at fault and not that Boss who has committed falsely. 4) You can work overtime if the job demands but that will not be appreciated anywhere and you end up messing your personal well being which is of utmost importance. 5) If you tend to show inclination of sticking to the job due to any reason like location or family constraints then that is taken as a weak nerve and played around by boss. 6)You will feel that you are not worthy when all of the above things happen and this becomes torture and one will end up being miserable.

Highly micro management by seniors No work life balance, only work No job security No proper hierarchy High attrition Office timings - only going to office is on time and there is no returning 24/7 i.e. Saturday and Sunday also working If management thinks you are not performing they will show you exit doors even less than 1 month

Salary on Time Top management is good.

Dislikes

I have worked for more than 2 years in ECPL. HOD is not helping. Changing every teammate shift unnecessary. Work is not specified. HOD forced to work on Holiday and not approving Comp off. Due to high mental pressure old employees are leaving. Leaves are also not approved by HOD.

Salary in time. Canteen, bus, medical policy.

Dislikes

High internal politic. In CT no control in production.long time 12 hrs duty due to less man power. O.head thought he is God, even resign approval at the last day only after begging many times. Unprofessional, poor decision maker, zero motivation, self fish, head wt man sitting as head. Due to his bad decision entire prod team always affect. He blindly here his pet word only. He donate one area to his pet child for playing anything. How management blindly accept this foolish action. So ground level teams are demotivate and leaving. HR team not supportive.
