1. No job security & Less work life balance. 2. Boss (AGM and above) will take all advantages of subordinates work when it completed at right time but during problematic situations boss only point out to subordinates work by giving warning of job loss. 3. As top managements are directly linked with HR. So, HR only listen to top management & don’t want to listen junior level employees point. 4. So, please don’t join Manager & below.

The only thing I liked was that company provided townships where the price of rooms/flast was very less.

...chy system just everyone reporting to everyone, didn't quite understand ranking. 12 Salary is quite less compared to the work you have to put into. 13 Instead of promoting team work, manager tries to make you fight against each other.
