It is a very good company to start a good career with.its very stable company as the original company is a GERMAN MNC.

The growth and compensation is not as compared with the fast growing comanies.But in a way its stable in terms of growth

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive ( only few) and the management is transparent. Company polices are good, appraisals are far and they give salary hike and bound every year

Salary is decent but career growth is zero

Basically there is nothing to like in this company.

With my many years of experience, I realized higher executives are highly corrupted, actually this company don't follow MNC rules like others. There are just no ways to grow for junior or middle level employees, I am happy that I left this company and got very better option in another MNC. Basically the Indian management board of this company are just callous, they don't have any good degrees from reputed Institutions like IIMs or any renowned management Institutes that's why they don't know how to run a company literally. Even don't interested to sack Zonal managers knowing that the person is highly corrupted and involved in illegal activities and have behavioral problems with his teams. It means either the head of the Indian branch is just callous or he himself is a corrupt person. I don't recommend any person to join here to waste his valuable time.
