Poor Management of HR department and Production Department whether it is SMT or Assembly,they will cut your salary, if you are working off roll they will cut your Over time amount, A Person who is completed 12th he will get 13k for 12hrs duty, seriously?? Worst Experience they never follow any quality parameters use leaded solder paste which is too much harmful to environment and can generate severe disease in employees,

Dislikes

Micro management, trust issues, neither work timeline nor work priorities. Everything is important all the times. Neither written requirements nor specifications. Anything can be added or removed from the project every other day.
