Poor Management of HR department and Production Department whether it is SMT or Assembly,they will cut your salary, if you are working off roll they will cut your Over time amount, A Person who is completed 12th he will get 13k for 12hrs duty, seriously?? Dislikes

Micro management, trust issues, neither work timeline nor work priorities. Everything is important all the times. Neither written requirements nor specifications. Anything can be added or removed from the project every other day.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
