The company has given me an immense knowledge about SAS, but there are many things need to be changed as salary need to be given on specific date Which is one of the prime reason people quit this company once they complete there 2 yrs.

Everything- in case you working for salary and if same not been paid for 3 months and every month if salary is dalayed by 2 months there is nothing to be liked about, also if you are leaving the organisation don't keep any hopes for final settlement, i am been following up since one yr now, its still in process.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
