Flexible work timing (but sometimes it also costs your personal time) Good support from co-workers without any politics and that help you to be a supportive co-worker. Opportunities to work on latest technologies in the market (for developers) Chance to gain experience on task management and client handling Work from home option is available under certain conditions Job security is guaranteed here if you have good skill to do your assigned task on time. Salary will be provided on time without any delay (usually on the last working day of every month) Recommended for freshers to gain experience on new technologies, task management and growth.

Performance evaluation and salary appraisal process is not good. Salary package is too low when compared to the market standards. Company policies are not employee friendly. Project managers will put pressure on developers and QAs to work on non-working hours without prior mails or messages, most of the times without any additional benefits. Most of the time the task management from Project Managers is causing the pressure on end QAs/developers since sufficient time is not provided, hence the developer/QA need to compromise on their work quality and also cause poor work-life balance.

Good work environment and culture. Flexible working hours. Teammates are supportive. Can learn new technologies. Job security. Excellent career growth. Everything depends upon the project we are working on. During COVID-19 transportation was provided by company. Work from home available.

Dislikes

Low Salary benefits. Company policies changes whenever they needed. If you are resigning with in 1 year, you will not get work experience certificate. Need to work minimum 3 years to get experience certificate.
