Work buddies and an inspirational leader who is clear with what they want.

Dislikes

Poor salary when compared to other Communications firms out there. EC is an average company that smartly tries to fool it's employees into believing that they have a work-life balance. It's non existent. Working 12-13 hours a day is considered normal here. Work satisfaction too is lowering by the day as the human resources department is non existent. With multiple admin issues lately the firm is defying what precedents it had set in the name of the Epistle Attitude.

Pay on time Hybrid system

Dislikes

No skill development, no personal growth possible in this place. Specially for a graphics person. Graphic designers are used as tools and not human beings. There is no professional way of doing work. Too much office politics. Very average colleagues. Work will literally make your mental health suffer. The hr is very rude. Her attitude in office and outside is cold. They call themselves South Asia’s oldest communication brand. I feel like its a hoax. Below average work. The office is illegally running in a basement. Which makes it all the more depressing. The founder hates plants.

They have a young crowd working for them. There is a good work life balance.

Most of the people at senior level won’t make you feel included. Once you get on someone’s radar, it will never get better and most of the people from the team would start targeting you. Your mental health will be compromised and eventually you will be finding a new job in 3-6 months.
