Poor hikes, For a diligent top performer and your rating is outstanding you get hike of 3.1% or less than that sometimes Managers are not interested in your growth, People at lead and manager level are least technical expertise and cant guide projects. Products developed are not up to mark

Lost hope in work culture, at one point I thought of doing suside, They layoff 300 members I was one of them lots and lots of responsibilities of 👪 family no job in hand.
