The work life balance is really really good! Working under David and Sudeep was the best first time work experience I could’ve gotten. There’s no office politics and there’s so much respect and understanding amongst the team. Must work here!

Poor hikes, For a diligent top performer and your rating is outstanding you get hike of 3.1% or less than that sometimes Managers are not interested in your growth, People at lead and manager level are least technical expertise and cant guide projects. Products developed are not up to mark

For Hyderabad office, the package is hire in comparison of Pune office. Growth is minimal for Pune in comparison of Hyderabad location. No clarity on hierarchy for Pune. Pune known as EMS and Hyderabad is EMC.
