...is no expansion of team members and new hiring are not there since past 3 years. If you are having merit and is hard working then job security is there but no incentives, salary and skill growth as you have to do everything by your own and then will be questioned for your mistake.

... here the management understand when your Personal needs does take care of that. Even in this difficult time, there are no salary cuts or lays offs. We are having work from home these days and if the employee face any issues the management is there to help.

Epikso is a Good Company to work in but as usual there is no job security in pvt. sector .

As of now when I was working in epikso as US IT Recruiter ,they donot have soo many work to do ,they even donot give notice to you to look for the another job ,so no job security.

One of Epikso's core value is that they have the best people. This will be a stressed out during the Induction, While the reality is diffrent.

Well, I do not know about the other process but the one which I used to work was quite enough to justify the work pressure.

They don't appreciate your work neither give you motivation. Even leadership team does not have clear pictur, what they want to achieve. Learning new skill, they ask to go on YouTube to enhance your skills. Very bad company.
