There should be manager rating system given by each employee working under him/her every month. So that manager can know their limits and behave properly like a human with her subordinates. This part is not visible easily to the senior managers or operation head or HR. And employees can not go and complain about his manager because they dont want to loose there job because the favour is always with the manager because manager is taking care of so many things and employees are focused only on one job. I know this line is difficult to digest specially for HR’s but this is reality. Most of the MNC follows this system of rating his manager. Thats the reason the managers behave nicely with each employee.

Great tech culture and learning in the company

extremely bad work life balance , product managers are not competent ,engineering managers don't know what going in the team , co founders are bad at management . job security is negligible they fired many by saying they are doing reorg . Co founders and manager points you out if you leave before 7pm or come after 10am.

Unable to maintain healthy culture while scaling. Quiet firings have been frequent since January '23.
