Didn't pay my due salary and FNF since the past 4 months after I out down my papers. Super unprofessional behaviour of CEO, openly abusing a single person in front of the whole team, idk what he thinks of his employees ? his kids ? Should this what an Indian IT sector employee feel like ? A KID ? getting scolded ? Very poor management too, not being transparent to employees at every possible step. You, as an employee has no guarantee in a job like this, the only winner is the CEO who walks away with a sh_t ton of money.

The experience was horrible. I was treated like a slave in the organisation. There was no support From HR blas well.

No timely salary 😭. Dirty politics. No basic amenities for employees. No overtime hours payment. No training and skill development
