Everyone, who comes would be upskilled and confident of fetching new opportunities as the environment for learning and contribution is very conducive as the working on live projects fetches them great experience! Thank everyone for their contribution.

The most hatred part is that the people who come, get upskilled and walk out with experience letter and certificates and them comment saying there was no work life balance or poor management etc. which is not acceptable, They had ample opportunities to improve the company as they improvised themselves.... provided, they had kept up their contribution and deliverables to required time limit.
