Salary on time, Company is good for experienced person.

For freshers no training is there and no job security they easily fire anyone at anytime without reason, they fired 5 employees when those employees asking for appraisal after committed time period, total employees count is 40 .huge politics. They expect more time from freshers and they expect fresher to come early before experienced and go late after all experienced employees, huge politics and hard to survive there for fresher I've worked there almost for 1 year so this is my honest suggestion for fresher that if you have other offer then don't join if not then think to join
