They have a new idea in every month before finishing last one. means code and code and code, no optimisation, no analysis, no working sense, no management, no practice, no appreciation, no salary timing, work like a fool entire day, there is no growth for skills and learning. there is no job security they will not pay salary for two-three if ask for that they will fire you. There is no promotion chance because when you ask for promotion, they will reply we have no funds will do it next. and when we talk about salary & benefits they deduct PF from your salary but not deposit in your account.
