Everything but specially the MD. He doesn't understand business. Anmol is completely his father's work. He is too naive and only knows how to do baniyabaazi. Salaries are put on hold abruptly. The entire culture is too bad. Don't join

Basically it's a logistics platform called Eparivahan. I was the Junior executive and taking care of operations basically I was the backand supporter which was closly similar to customer service but here I was supporting to the Transporter's regarding issues. I am glad that I experienced about a different field. I like my work most, like that as a junior executive I took a huge responsibility's and I did my service to that company well. That's all I can share my experience

Dislike basically my team. I was the younger one but team was so careless to work with all paralley. They made differentiate between Junior senior also designation. So I didn't like there attitude regarding work regarding personal views. So it's a basically strat up so we need to go ahead together but I am unlucky I can't go long... Thank you for reaching me.
