Pathetic company to work. all the projects are for 3 months and 6 months. no Job security. Before Joining asked people manager. He said many projects available in banking. but post joining I came to know 0 banking projects. No proper management. No body cares about you. Think more before joining here.

... things before joining EPAM.They are trapping people for thier business purpose. Interview process has only 2 rounds, even though u r not done well, they will offer you good package. Actual game starts after joining.They are hiring for bench.Recruiter or HR don't disclose below things before joining. They will say like training will be given. It is not training , they will give a big assignment and you have to clear 4 internal rounds of evaluation just to get project interview opportunity. Micromanagement at peak level. your assignment study level tracked by many mentors, Each day need to update which lesson u studied and what topic next. Minimum 3 weeks time will be given. once done mentor will take interview , like this you have to clear 3 levels of interviews. Then they will give opportunity for project interview. Mentor will keep rejecting if he is not satisfied. You will be sent home if not able to clear these 4 rounds..Please be careful before joining. don't get trapped by seeing their offer. They just playing with our career. This is applicable for all skills. Advice to Management : Please evaluate the candidate before releasing offer letter. Employee will expect client round after joining any organization. None of the organization following this policy for sure not even for freshers.

The pay structure is all fixed, there are no variables. Appraisals are satisfactory most of the times. Work Life balance is good. Managers are mostly good.

Frequently changing systems, processes and policies. You have two managers, RM and Project Delivery Manager, which usually feels kind of confusing.

Nothing much apart of fancy salary and joining bonus for couple of months only.

Dislikes

This company is known as a hire and fire company. They don't have long term projects and always welcome have to go for client interview which is very horrible to crack. Front end engineer force to work backend and back end to frontend doesn't matter what's your skill set Delivery manager force to work Project manager and project manager to deliver manager where highly possibility to not crack the client interview.

For salary perfective it is best in mncs . Had to work for so many clients project

Job security is 0 until u r not in project bench time is like 2 month max u ll get chance 4 time max to interview in client if u failed they ll fire in u in 1 week
