Salaries are good while joining but after that they are completely depend on your scale/level. Good learning platforms

Annual hike depends on your current salary/scale , if you are on upper band then your hike will be screwed irrespective of what rating you get and they will push you for promotion interviews

Overall expierence in working with EPAM is good. Good pay and hike, benefits. Best leave and insurance policy. Skill development programs.

Some projects require lot of efforts due to tight schedules, so we might lack work-life balance. But again this completely depends on project/client that we work for.

- EPAM relocation programme and smooth onboarding ,gifts are the only good thing in EPAM

...members will be from different part of world. You dont have get better bonding - Less Salary compared to other (Though they charge very high for clients) - You job is safe only if you are billable - Good parties , show off programmes

Internal tools are very good, training videos available are very useful in skill development

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Promotion process is very awful and there is no one to guide you properly. Managers just deploy you at client location and sit idle doing nothing they don't care about your problem or even try to communicate with you. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Some of the existing Managers have favoritism mentality and ego attitude which leads good employees to quit. HR Recruiters will eat all referral bonus by claiming their name in the reference. employee won't get anything. Remaining all ok.
