Nothing as such. The compensation at the time of joining was very competitive
Dislikes
...r hike %
Promotion is linked to clearing interview which doesnt have any pattern and then % hike is very poor
No bonus concept
High salary zero job security. Anytime your job can be gone. No proper projects here. One of the worst companies. They take you with a high package and leave you simply like a tissue paper. Hire and fire policy. Please take care of employees and their careers.
- Earlier this used to be a good company, but not anymore
Dislikes
- once you are into epam, you will be exploited to the core ( initially they may pay you good )
- no hikes, no promotions, HR's are the worst, they expect work as if they are a top product company but pay and facilities are worst.

1. You will offer a good salary/package to trap you(and can fire you anytime).
2. For some projects it is still work from home.
3. Even after thinking a lot, I am not able to find any further likes.
1. **NO JOB SECURITY** Please...please stay/go ahead with an organization that is offering you better job security. EPAM India already fired a lot of employees with 0-day notice period and still doing it.
2. I worked there as an Android developer for a few years. There is mobility DEP Manager(Can't name here). He is a pathetic person and he doesn't know how to talk with employees.
3. As you already got a good amount on joining so no hike/minimal hike on appraisal.
4. They have a garage and other activities but all are just show-offs. You will not get any time to groom/present your skills at org. level.
5. **NO PROMOTION** The Recruiter will catch by saying that you may apply to get a promotion even within 6 months but it is all fake. To go from the promotion cycle you have to get approval from 2 colleagues project manager and manager (You know how good are indian managers :-D ). Then you have to do certain assessments and apply for some mock interviews and real interviews and during that also you have to do more project contributions. If this entire cycle works in your favor then you might get promoted(still it's not guaranteed).
4. No yearly bonus/perks.
...'t even want to talk about the culture of a place where things like this happen. Never JOIN this company or Any other company by taking a Salary cut unless it's absolutely necessary.
