Could sometimes feel overwhelming with multiple tasks to manage at once. Slow decision-making processes due to too many hierarchical levels. Long working hours or a high-pressure environment. Compensation did not match industry standards or workload, causing dissatisfaction.

Favroutism very high. Salary hike critaria and promotion critaria is not effectively implemented. PMS and competency critaria of job is not defined.

Cantin is not available and huge salary deduction many types as leaves .leaves is part of CTC in Epack

...ment is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .compny policies are good appraisales are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evry year .

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn t address our issues .salary is desent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resihn .on the job training is not given to new joinees.
