Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Job security is uncertain, political work culture, Indian top management is very bad. Company policy is average. Overall company is not good.

Local administration is terrible. The local leader always do politics with their colleagues and does not have leading qualities . Always threatened employees in the name of the owner and manipulate the figures.
