Career arrer growth is very low. And salary or appraisal is worst. To much of partiality. And the senior boss are not friendly at all

I like the work culture and freedom of employee. Get more responsibility related to work and I explore my skil through out the my tenure.

Work environment is quite good; especially for female employees. Good work support for team managers. Transparency within the team. Appraisal are fairly.

...litics among higher position employees is common.Management team is not so good. Salary for beginners is quite low and career growth is slow.

This is worst place to work for. They have very bad reason to terminate or layoff people. They give no reason . They terminate one of my friend saying that they have taken more sick leave even if my friend has already submitted the medical certificate from major hospital. They say that you have taken more leave so they ask them to leave.

Everything
