Career arrer growth is very low. And salary or appraisal is worst. To much of partiality. And the senior boss are not friendly at all

This is worst place to work for. They have very bad reason to terminate or layoff people. They give no reason . They terminate one of my friend saying that they have taken more sick leave even if my friend has already submitted the medical certificate from major hospital. They say that you have taken more leave so they ask them to leave.
