Can work for people who are looking for job as freshers, can provide some exposure to industry, but I would still suggest to go somewhere else if possible

Dislikes

Very bad culture, micro management, tyrant type management style. long hours which is a default expectations, if not you are considered lazy and a clock watcher. you really have to be good at licking boots of manager, and this is what is taught to fresh managers as well
