However, in this case, the offered package is only 0.6 of the market benchmark, indicating limited growth and undervaluation

Unskilled top management. Can't lead the operations. Chinese dominate in work. Low driving safety at work. Always compare with Chinese cost difference in implementation.

Opportunities to grow since company has many project

Dislikes

Unskilled team lead. Company has many projects and opportunities to grow .But it is ruined by some team lead who was recently hired by the management for one of the department lead,just by seeing his experience and influence.But after some days understand that he is not even worth to be a engineer because he cannot prepare any simple technical and non technical report without team support and without AI tool.He wants to grow by sucking team member efforts but not even giving 1% chance to team member to grow.Firt time seeing a manager like this in my career who intentionally stops team member growth and visibility.higly recommended not to join in some of the department.
