Payment no on time, payment delayed for contractors too, dispute with almost all contractors, management not proper, they actually don't understand the situation at Site because they sit at office.

The objective of business is demand of time and society " recycle of waste water". Further process is totally based on nature like bioremediation , phytoremediation. When your work serve society it gives immense satisfaction. Its for me is learning while earning sort of experience. Enjoying every thing of job responisibility.

JM ENVIRO TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is in its growing phase , therefore lots of scope to adopt long term and short term strategic policies for proper balancing between external and internal business environment. It requires more aggressive approach.

Company top manangement is very nice, friendly work environment, good office atmosphere, mumbai office and their working culture , management is very nice than delhi office.

Dislikes

Slow growth, some unprofessional staff in delhi office but mumbai staff is professional and very good

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
