Behaviour of uppar management is very low

Management behaviour with employees. No proper guidance in the project bif somthing created then harrassing employees about class name in the coding evern logic is true. Manager has lower knowledge of project and ask employees to create project when it done they revamp project again. And ask employees to work even in night to complete that

The management is whimsical and erratic. They just don't know how to preserve their so-called resources well.

Dislikes

What I disliked about is the fact that I was denied opportunity because the boot-lickers were being given more preference.
