Good work-life balance. Friendly employees all around to assist us in every scenarios. Engages in all cultural programmes and festivals accordingly.

Terrible management (only by some). The pay is substantially less for the work we get. Appraisals are some of the worst in the industry. Promotions are not based on skill and performance, but on years of service (promotion happens once every 2 years or more).

They only have offices in trivandrum. Sometimes you feel like you are in your comfort zone. The code review process is not stringent. No cultural diversification.Most of the workforce is from Trivandrum, Kerala.
