U get to learn new technologies and sometimes get good projects to work upon although u r not much appreciated about ur deliveries

...e those projects which you feel are worth enough for the package you are paying. If you gonna place everyone under a project where people who have less salary is also working with a higher salary (with same designation), it creates inequality and a disbalance. Also never share packages with the managers or team directors. It should not be their headache.

The work life balance and the culture is the highlight. We're very comfortable with the team and the TL and managers.

Dislikes

Compensation. It's not upto the mark. Starting salary was very low. And they're giving annual appraisal only. Position change also is a concern.
