Good work environment, on time salary payment, No job loss during covid.

Dislikes

Every allowance is added in CTC ( wfh allowance ) , appraisal are very low , Very old and slow computers. Management changed all our designation, Notice period ( very strict ) and no basic communication given to us. No recognition for the work or reward. No extra activities, No gifts , No welcome Kit, No Wfh accessories.

The salary is very less. 60 days notice period which is unreasonable for the work we do. No laptops for work from home Internet bill has to be paid by employee No team building activities or fun at work company culture is bad and not so welcoming for new joinees. Women are not hired for night shift jobs. No gender neutrality.

You get lots of different types of projects and time challenging work. You will get lots of opportunities to learn different skills and work with different people's for different background. This will give you a chance to know how a project is handled.

Dislikes

Salary. You can't expect a good salary or even salary hike. They expect you to do more work but don't even think that you will get a good hike in next appraisal cycle. They have salary variable which you have to forget about getting it full. The variable is paid every 3 months once. The variable is calculated on CTC but will be deducted from monthly salary and paid.

I like the work from home opportunity when the covid time

Dislikes

There is no compensation or reimbursement allowances for work from home setup. And not even they provided laptop also. I think this is no fair.

Compensation is OK, Work Pressure is very very High. Worked for more than 11 hours daily....Company Owner takes decision in a second and implement it without taking any concerns from anyone nor accept any inputs, No Cross Culture, Community Oriented, No Appreciation.....
