-No job security, firing is very frequent. - Favoritism culture, biology filled with bengalis and chemistry with maharastrians. - Hard working people are often overlooked whereas favourite ones are often promoted. - Lots of micromanagement in biology by higher management. - Higher management creating disaster and is asking people to leave or they get fired. - People sleeping in company are getting promoted whereas those working continuously are asked to leave the company.
