The entire team, including the Management, HR and IT fosters an environment of respect & collaboration, also for team support. Every processing team member is eager to lend a hand, working together to achieve the Target by supporting each other. The company truly values employees time and personal commitments, offering flexibility during emergencies by adjusting work hours or Shift timings. This allow us to maintain a healthy balance b/w work & personal life. I never felt that working under a high pressure workloads or rigid commands in the processing job over here. This positive atmosphere reinforces my belief that Entregar solutions is one of the most employee-friendly companies, where human considerations are genuinely prioritized

Dislikes

Even though the company is a US based one, we have to work on some of the US Federal Holidays. Only a few numbers of US approved Federal Holidays are considering as Work-Off by Management. So Pre-Planning for an event by considering the Federal Holiday will Screw!!!

The Atmosphere is truly Inspiring and its refreshing to be a part of this wonderful Team and the Work Culture we have here, The colleagues are very helpful and supportive here, I also wanted to acknowledge the Managements approach for all the Support they are providing to the employees. The Company facilitates the Cab for all the Female employees which is added as a plus, The Work culture is also very different from the other corporate Environments.

Dislikes

Implementing a more structured Time management systems for all the employees, as well as providing the benefits of Health insurance, would be further be a great incentive for all the employees and would further enhance the Job satisfaction, Thank you for considering the suggestion.

The company's development over the years is impressive. It's an ideal workplace for freshers to explore their full potential in the mortgage sector. Additionally, the company provides cab services for female employees to Ensure the safety especially given the shift timings.

The main thing I found more challenging in time of work is the night shift, Which may not suit everyone's schedule or work-life balance.
