Since the time AVP has changed the management getting worst and worst. The employee strength are getting lower month by month. Old employees are leaving organization frequently. No learning at all in this organization. No retention policy are being implement when you put Resignation.

Nothing to like. Please be aware before joining this organization. Neither you get good learning nor you get good compensation. The incentive plan implemented is really very tough to achieve

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I didn't have any reason for dislike the entra , I think everything is fair no need to wary about the future in this company

Really bad Hiring process. Cleared all the rounds, and submitted all the docs, they kept me waiting for 2 long weeks. After that, I kept chasing them to know the final CTC they could offer me. But they stopped responding to my messages and calls. Haven't seen this type of professional before.

No training is provided for employees growth, R&R Award & Promotions are being only given if you are having good bonding with managers, HR is only meant for showcase, Organization is full of morons.
