No Job Security - coming from a senior software engineer. High Level Office Politics From Outside - they want to company to look good and number 1 in everything but from inside the higher hierarchy managers employees have hired their friends, relatives and created a biased or toxic culture which is very different. They didn’t paid for weekends and festivals. So it depends on which team you get. Some team managers are real evil.

...ed then they said you can look other opportunity we can accept your resignation. This is worst for me but yes i got job in next 10 days in a good company with good salary. So i recommend to all who wants to join Eminds that please think before join and if you have other offers then I recommend to join other than Eminds. In Eminds one of product manager's behaviour is very bad for employees.

TOXIC Culture , the entire Management team are on different level of politics. If your weak in politics ,they will eat you. Any way ,this company will not sustain long .Their revenue is dropping faster.

While I join, my managers was good because of them. They always think for an employees, but now they don’t even care for employees.

This company always think only for plans and I understand because of clients. We are getting a business, but you also have to think about the employees if the person is sick and he can’t work and it still feeling weakness At least they should allow for work from home, but and also after new Manager joins, he’s not allowing me. He’s bargaining on leaves like a market, which is not good.

Work life balance sucks.You cant even breathe. All the Managers are toxic.I have seen Politics but what ever going on here is James Cameroon shit dramas. Really I have made a worst decision in my life to join this company. Its even hard to get out of this shit, its like am trapped.You cant even shout for help as all of them are in to subject you so bad with their bloddy lies.
