Good company but they hire with less compensation and very minimal hike. In the name of incentive they donot provide any bonus. Work is good if you can sustain for the same thing for a long time. Good cooperative employee as they help each other in queries. WFH is the best possibility which can help.

No bonus, incentive and joining compensation is very less compare to other companies

There is no security of job, management is also not upto mark. If i talk about work culture then it is worst because we are forced to do Over time which is really not easy and in return we are not getting anything in return.

No Job Security as I've seen major firing at regular intervals. Company doesn't have appropriate planning & objectives. At one point of time, they look for building team & suddenly after 2-3 months they look for reducing head count. Nothing to learn in this organisation as people grow over here with help of politics and plotting skills.

Work environment was superb... My 1st job and i love and miss most. Managers were good and are always ready to solve someones's problem

Dislikes

Less salary for freshers....thats the only problem. Other than that,its awesome. And people who come as experience never wanted to leave the company because better salary and awesome work environment.
