There is nothing to like just working bcz need for job.

Increment policy is worst..i wish I can like one thing there.. salary is less. night shift allowance is low.. daily shift extend,no medical facilities, no leaves..

Likes

Flexible work hours, company culture, events and employees engagement is good. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Less salary,very less appraisal. Not good for freshers who wants to do there career in technical background. Because once you join here you will become very comfortable and not able to learn more things. Very obvious projects no more opportunities to learn new things. Favouritism by managers.

I don't see any pros in this organisation.

Very less Salary. No Increment Salary as well as position. No career growth. Only Hardware knowledge increase. Did not provide any Traveling and other Aallowance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are OK.

Had a issue with salary, it was not sufficient. I didn't got a single appraisal.

...logy nothing. Same as a BPO. Work environment is not good, very loud and noisy. Often need to extend at work without any additional pay.

Dislikes

Seniors treat you like labour. Work environment is very bad. You will fill suppressed on every level. Not recommended.
